Image transparencyCustomers often get concerned about logo transparency, but there is really no need to be! Our team is used to removing the background from artwork files before production and by default this is what they will do. If certain areas of your design should be transparent, the easiest way to avoid any confusion is to upload your image with transparent sections.
-
Artwork qualityIf you upload a file that is too low quality to print, our team will contact you to discuss how best to proceed. Many other sites would simply produce your garments with a logo that looks terrible, we check every order to ensure it will look as good as possible.
-
Printing limitationsThere may be certain limitations depending on the customisation type you select. In particular, certain designs cannot be printed, such as those with colour gradients or very intricate designs. However, unlike other sites which simply would refuse your order, our expert team will work with you once your order is placed to adjust your design so it can be produced in the best quality.

How to care for your itemsWe want to make sure you get the most wear out of your new garments. To look after your personalised clothing, we recommend you follow our easy wash care guide below: Before washing, undo buttons, close zips and check pockets for loose or sharp objects Wash at 30° Wash inside out Do not bleach Wash with similar colours Wash with similar textured garments To avoid excess friction, do not overload washing machine Do not leave in a wet environment Do not tumble dry Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking Do not dry clean. Chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the print on your garment Never iron over the imprint Iron on the reverse side using the lowest heat setting For best results wash before use NB: Vinyl prints can crease when clothing is folded. These can easily be smoothed by cool ironing on the reverse of the garment. We expect the customisation to last the lifetime of the garment if this wash care guide is adhered to.

Why does the preview image during the order process differ slightly to the image on the product page?We offer a lot of different clothing items and we often increase our range with quality new items. As such, it's not practical for us to professionally photograph every product front, back, left and right, in every colour, for our online product preview. Remember, the online preview is just a quick visualisation of what your final product will look like; our team check every order to ensure it looks great when printed.

Will you send me a proof of my order before production? We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your design before we proceed to production. We will send you a visual guide to approve before we print the final product.
